Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in New York. This role primarily involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The successful candidate will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date and precise customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries via email correspondence swiftly and professionally Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions as necessary Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize files and perform calculations Use 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks Perform scanning tasks to digitize physical documents Employ typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
