Job DescriptionData Reporting Coordinator, Radiology We have an enticing opportunity available. TheDepartment of Radiologyis seeking aData Reporting Coordinatorthat will support information management, data entry, organizing, tracking, and compiling information from multiple sources, in addition to work on special projects and administrative support for the department. Role Overview:

Ensure the accurate collection of information, records and data for applicable assignments.

Follow up on patients with positive findings.

Required to read, audit and enter data for all breast exams at MSK.

Sustain work flows and timelines, ensuring deadlines and landmarks are met.

Prepare reports on current projects and maintain files for all special projects.

Maintain documentation to comply with regulatory requirements.

Ensure that records are maintained and released in accordance with departmental standards.

Be responsible for obtaining, compiling, organizing, and distributing information.

Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports as needed.

Create project reports using database queries and spreadsheet applications to track data relevant.

Maintain information contained in various Radiology databases.

Investigate and use all available and appropriate resources to collect data in the most efficient and timely manner.

Check data for accuracy and completeness before distributing to management.

Provide support to Rad Business group in the daily operations of the group.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments and resolve issues whenever possible on behalf of the Sr. Data Coordinator.

Key Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED,

2+ years of relevant experience .

Core Skills:

An effective communicator.

Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

Adept at creating partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data.

Additional Information:

Location: Joy Building, 321 E. 61st Streets, between 1st & 2nd Avenues.

Schedule: M-F Days between the hours of 7am and 5pm. Hybrid schedule. Two days onsite required (Monday and Thursday, or Tuesday and Friday). Remote work OK 40-60%. Initial hours will be 7am-3pm or 8am -4pm for training.

Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Radiology Reporting

Pay Range: $23.03-$34.67/hr.
