Provide support for hardware and software at their location
Provide front line user support of our internal and external systems and services.
Complete and close incidents and work orders in a timely manner
Coordinate the resolution of or resolve all Service Desk Tickets
Update incidents and service requests within agreed response times
Establish, develop, and maintain key business relationships at assigned location(s)
Imaging of desktop and laptops
Ability to effectively plan, manage, prioritize and work on multiple simultaneous tasks
Requirements
IT Support experience providing remote and in-person desktop/walk-up support in an enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable work experience
Strong knowledge of Windows. Knowledge of MAC is a plus
Advanced working knowledge of end-user technology including: hardware, software, Windows, Apple, and mobile devices
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
SCCM packaging experience is a plus
MDM knowledge, JAMF preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as the single point of contact onsite
