Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in New York. The role involves providing Level 2 support in a telecommunications industry, with a focus on office suite and document management. The individual will assist in setting up and supporting video conferencing meetings, and will be heavily involved in email communication.Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 support for various software including Office 365, Outlook, Adobe, and Netdocuments. Set up and support video conferencing meetings. Respond promptly to emails and ensure all inquiries are addressed. Utilize Microsoft and other computer hardware tools to troubleshoot issues. Apply knowledge of configuration management to maintain system stability. Provide deskside support to personnel to ensure seamless operations. Utilize skills in MS Office 365, Comptia A+, and Comptia Security+ to improve system functionality. Stay updated and adaptable with tech advancements to ensure effective support. Communicate effectively with team members and other personnel. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar Proficiency in Microsoft and MS Office 365 Expertise in Computer Hardware and Configuration Management Experience in Deskside Support Certification in Comptia A+ and Comptia Security+ is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Strong communication skills to effectively assist and guide users Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills in a rapidly changing environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
