Job Description:
We are in the midst of an exciting transformation of our marketing automation strategy and seeking a proactive and agile product manager to execute the roadmap for our core sales & marketing automation product, "Campaign Manager (similar to a next best action product). You will be working in partnership with our sales and marketing product management and engineering teams, and frequently coordinating with internal sales and marketing users, designers, and analytics.
You will have a broad scope and ability to make strategic product decisions and are invigorated by ambiguity and driving consensus. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Campaign Manager product roadmap, with sharp focus on prioritizing highest value features
  • Decompose features into user stories
  • Partner with marketing, sales and analytics to define acceptance criteria for user stories, driving alignment and clarity
  • Partner with lead product owner to lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and retros
  • Support activities to ensure adoption success, including user training, documentation, and release notes
  • Identify risks and blockers that may impact product deliverables and schedule
  • Analyze platform metrics and identify key trends to enhance experience for users
  • Demo features and present KPIs and roadmaps to stakeholders and users
Skillset / Experience:
  • 4+ years product management experience defining vision and strategy for platform products
  • Driving product development through a full product lifecycle, developing an MVP, driving feature prioritization, and integrating data and customer feedback into new feature development
  • Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, practices, tools and techniques (e.g. JIRA)
  • Track record of building credibility and trust through collaboration, transparency, and integrity
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business, Business Management, Computer Science, and/or a related discipline
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Solid analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Prior CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc) and Marketing Technology (Marketo, Eloqua, etc) experience
  • Prior financial services or asset management experience, especially with financial advisors, highly valued
