This role blends a solid understanding of organization development, change management, leadership and people strategies with an appreciation of brand and its delivery from the inside-out. Our work spans employer branding and employee value proposition strategies, workforce communications, brand launch and employee engagement strategies, functional/organizational transformation initiatives, culture change and supporting messages and programs.As an Brand-led Change Director at Siegel+Gale, you will:

Develop brand-led change strategies, rooted in simplicity

Lead project teams and be responsible for the quality of all client deliverables

Support new business pitches, authoring and presenting compelling, strategic points-of-view

Define project approach, pricing and scope, with support of business development and account management teams

Drive improvement, efficiency, and creativity into all methodologies and deliverables

Collaborate to ensure work quality across multiple team disciplines – spanning brand-led change, brand strategy, research and analytics, experience design, and activation

Maintain client contact to build long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities across client organizations

Develop intellectual capital that demonstrates the organization's point of view on brand-led change

Contribute to thought leadership (presentations at conferences, writing white papers, etc.)

You're a great fit for this position if you have:

8+ years agency/consulting experience or equivalent

Mastery in core brand-led change subjects e.g. organizational behavior, applied psychology, I/O psychology, learning design, leadership behavior and talent management, culture change, employee engagement, and/or organizational design including process and structure

Exposure and experience working in the brand or customer experience space

Ability to think about change from a creative and human perspective – while also valuing data and rational analysis

Graduate degree preferred, but not required

Expertise across multiple industries

A strong desire to create and contribute to an inclusive environment

Clear and compelling communication skills

Curious, flexible, and resourceful approach

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment (i.e. online meetings, proficiency in digital tools, etc.)
