We're looking for a passionate B2B Product Marketing Director to lead the global Enterprise marketing strategy for our payments portfolio including Fastlane (our new accelerated guest checkout solution), Pay with Paypal, and Pay with Venmo. The ideal leader for this role is equal parts strategic and creative and can seamlessly translate our business objectives, product strategy, and customer insights into global, integrated marketing plans that drive portfolio and business growth. You always start with the customer, have a strong process and methodology for identifying what makes a product or feature great & differentiated, and know how to package that up in a clear, compelling way to deliver best-in-class, disruptive end-to-end product and marketing experiences globally. You will report directly to the Sr. Director, Global B2B Product Marketing and will lead a team of product marketers and integrated marketers.Job Description:What You'll DoDevelop marketing strategies that drive portfolio growth and deliver against our Enterprise segment KPIs through the full funnel, partnering closely with global marketing leads to create marketing plans & playbooks that are locally relevant and aligned to business priorities.Develop and quarterback go-to-market strategies, including defining target audience, global product positioning, messaging and that enable marketing channel leads, as well as Product, Commercial, and Sales leaders to successfully drive top-of funnel awareness, solution consideration, and accelerate leads.Collaborate with Product/Design/Eng/Market Research to influence product roadmaps with the goal of building products that meet customer needs, increasing product adoption, differentiation, and customer growth.Partner closely with Sales & Enterprise ABM marketing teams to deliver strong sales & marketing strategies & content that drive demand gen and convert leads.Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs, and act as voice of the customer at all stages of the product lifecycle, from product innovationthrough to marketing strategy. Establish strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Analytics, Commercial, Sales, Comms, Lifecycle & Growth Marketing, Regional Marketing, Creative & Media, and other key stakeholders to accelerate the work, and drive collaboration and communication across groups.Define and monitor the critical metrics for measuring success of Enterprise product marketing activities and own end-to-end reporting of marketing performance across channels and markets. What You'll Bring10-15 years experience in product marketing and go-to-market strategy Strong executive presence - you know how to sell in an idea, clearly communicate key takeaways, and get your point of view or strategy across flawlessly - whether it's written, spoken, or in a PowerPoint slide. Passion for customer-centric strategy, with experience in generating qualitative and quantitative insights and using those insights to inform marketing strategies. Team player who knows how to walk through walls and make friends along the way.You can lead, mobilize, and influence large cross-functional teams from idea inception through to a successful finish. The ability to distill complex information into understandable, actionable, persuasive messages and strategies. Fast study. You learn quickly and can roll up your sleeves to problem solve and get it done.
