Summary: Meta’s Ranking AI & Infrastructure powers cutting-edge recommender system (RecSys) innovations that drive Ads Monetization. As the Director of Product Management – Modeling Innovations, you will lead a team of PMs to define and execute strategies across state-of-the-art (SOTA) machine learning domains. Your leadership will be instrumental in translating breakthrough ML research into high-impact production systems, fueling long-range revenue (LRP) growth and accelerating AI adoption across Meta’s Monetization ecosystem.This role requires deep technical fluency in ML-driven ranking systems, generative & discriminative AI, and large-scale ad delivery. You will oversee AI innovations that optimize advertiser performance and enhance user engagement while driving seamless AI adoption across Supply (Instagram, Facebook), Signal Growth, Messaging, and MGenAI.Required Skills: Director of Product Management - Modeling Innovations Responsibilities:

Build and lead a team of ML product managers, driving breakthrough ML advancements that reinforce Meta’s position as an AI leader.

Own and scale a portfolio of SOTA ML innovations, optimizing ranking, auction dynamics, personalization, and ad delivery efficiency.

Ensure seamless execution from research to production, collaborating with engineering, infra, and research teams.

Direct Revenue Impact: Lead AI-driven innovations projected to deliver $15B in long-range revenue (LRP) by advancing generative and discriminative AI models within the Ranking stack.

Enablement Revenue: Partner with Monetization product teams to align Ranking AI innovations with advertiser and user needs, driving measurable business growth.

Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across Ads Monetization to ensure AI breakthroughs translate into tangible advertiser performance improvement.

Drive Ranking AI technology adoption across core Monetization areas, including Supply (Instagram, Facebook), Signal Growth, Messaging, MGenAI and others.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design

12+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams

8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and leaders

Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience

Experience presenting to executive audiences

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
