Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Real Estate Strategy to join our team in New York. This role is pivotal in the research, analysis, and implementation of new business proposals, as well as the management of existing real estate transactions. You will be engaged in a variety of responsibilities that require a methodical and priority-driven approach.Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research and analysis on new business proposals. Play an instrumental role in leading due diligence for new initiatives, including real estate transactions. Prepare comprehensive financial reports in collaboration with external teams. Provide essential support to leadership across Real Estate and Finance departments. Handle funding draws for ongoing construction projects. Take the lead on Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for third-party appointments. Collaborate with Funding teams to submit proposals for Grants, Borough Awards, and City/State/Federal RFQs. Manage multiple small-scale projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent organization and prioritization skills. Work closely with external consultants, managing their advice and services to the organization. Maintain a methodical and priority-driven approach to all responsibilities. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field such as Real Estate Strategy or Business Strategy Proficiency in using 3M and Coupa software Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Solutions Familiarity with the About Time software system Understanding of budget processes and buying processes Excellent customer service skills Experience in managing invoicing processes Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategy based on market analysis Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record in successfully managing real estate portfolios Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
