Description Our client, a rapidly growing and innovative Healthcare company, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Financial Reporting to join their team. Responsibilities of this position will include:
Overseeing preparation of quarterly/annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements
Handling various aspects of SEC reporting, including the preparation and filing of 10-Q, 10-K, earnings releases
Serving as an in-house expert in technical accounting, providing guidance across the company
Collaborating with the accounting team to manage financial consolidation from various entities
Analyzing financial statement fluctuations and providing insights regarding key business drivers and trends
Coordinating with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
Identifying and implementing process improvements in financial reporting and accounting
Managing ad hoc projects as necessary

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
CPA highly preferred
8+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Healthcare industry experience a plus
