A common data taxonomy underpins a core framework for risk assessment and issue managementAs the company realigns our IRM business architecture based on industry standards, best practices, regulatory expectations, and pain points, the IRM program we will be establishing and executing on a Point of Arrival target state IRM technical solution & framework.The program will include tactical (address regulatory findings/deadlines in current state) and non-tactical (build for the future) pillars of work to meet short term requirements while building to meet the long-term objectives.Product Delivery and Integration (PD&I) organization within Technologies is looking for a strong Director, Technical Project Management – End to End to lead large, complex end-to-end project initiatives with the dedicated focus they demand, and who:
Works in partnership with Product Management and Owners, as well as the core and extended Technology teams including Architect(s), to create and prioritize the program backlog
Drives processes and execution oversight for Agile Release Trains.
Resolves or raises impediments, handles risk, and promotes committed improvement throughout the organization.
Is responsible for facilitating program/ release level events such as Program Increment planning, Inspect and Adapt and the Scrum of Scrums.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred
5 years of Scrum Master experience
7 years relevant Program/Project Management experience
Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages
Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver solutions
SPC or SA certification required; RTE certification a plus
PMI ACP Certifications a plus
Ability to influence and gain alignment at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
Drives committed improvement through transformational leadership
Builds high trust and creditability across the organization through deep domain knowledge of the business and underlying technology
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Shows skill in Agile/Lean/SAFe Principles and Frameworks quality and testing best practices
Ability to drive value delivery
Possess a high degree of technical savvy, with a keen ability to learn about new technology quickly and easily
