Description We are searching for an ERP/CRM Consultant based in New York, New York. As part of our team, you will be focused on providing expert guidance on Workday tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate data entry transactions. This role is a long term contract employment opportunity and requires on-site work five days a week.Responsibilities: Provide training and support to the recruitment team and other teams on Workday processes and transactions, to enhance their understanding and efficiency. Act as the point of contact for all data entry transactions, including setting up new hires, creating and updating job profiles and positions, and entering job requisitions, promotions, salary changes, and organizational changes. Identify and resolve issues related to Workday transactions, ensuring timely solutions to maintain operational continuity. Demonstrate strong change management skills to assist teams in adapting to new processes and updates within the Workday system. Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on customer inquiries and application status. Requirements Proficiency in Client Side Scripting is mandatory for this role. Knowledge of Cloud Technologies is required. Must have experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Microsoft tools and platforms. Experience with AB Testing is necessary for this position. Proficiency in API Development is required. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Business Process Functions. Must be able to create and understand Business Requirement Document. Experience with Configuration Management is crucial for this role.
