Partner with the Branch Banking leadership teams and relevant functional and business partners for a cohesive strategy to optimize and transform our branch channel, enhance customer and employee experience, drive banker productivity and efficiency, and contribute to Wells Fargo's long-term sustainable growth

Identify growth opportunities, formulate hypothesis of key business problems, partner with the Consumer Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence team to gather and analyze data from multiple internal and external data sources to build data driven insights and recommendations

Contribute to complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning by making important contributions to the overall customer strategy agenda for Wells Fargo, such as the annual strategic planning process

Collaborate strategically with key stakeholders to ensure the execution of key priorities and initiatives - identify capabilities and dependencies required for delivery, partner with execution and change management partners to build requirements and implement changes

Communicate strategy and related business plans to management by developing recommendations and business cases for new initiatives and influence senior business leaders across the organization to gain buy-in

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

7+ years of strategic planning and development experience

7+ years of strategy consulting or financial service experience, preferably branch banking strategy experience with a top tier national consumer bank

Broad, varied, and progressive career growth preferably within a strategy environment

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Demonstrated experience working successfully in an ambiguous, fast paced and every changing environment

Experience developing well-defined plans for problem resolution from preliminary or ambiguous information

Experience leading programs, projects or initiatives within financial services industry

Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives in a matrixed environment with a sense of urgency

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to make quick decisions and turn findings into strategic imperatives

Experience leading effective collaboration across a team of project managers focusing on different functional areas for the same project

Strong project management skills, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, experience identifying and engaging stakeholders and achieving deadlines

Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management/senior leaders

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

A BS/BA degree or higher
