Description We are seeking a Sale Compensation Analyst to join our healthcare-focused client located in New York, New York. As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing sales data, calculating monthly bonuses, and maintaining CRM systems. This role offers a three-to-six month employment opportunity with possibility for permanent hireResponsibilities: Collect and analyze sales data to inform financial decisions Calculate monthly bonuses based on sales data and compensation plans Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate record-keeping Utilize Microsoft Excel to create detailed financial reports Conduct audits of sales compensation and commission data Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align on compensation structures Leverage Tableau to visualize sales and financial data Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on financial analysis Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations in all financial operations Support the resolution of employee inquiries related to sales compensation.Requirements Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Sales Compensation Analyst Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Excel. Experience in auditing and sales compensation. Understanding of Sales Commission and Monthly Bonuses structures. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information. Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
