The OpportunityAs part of the Anti Money Laundering team you are responsible for managing compliance-related consulting engagements within a top consulting or accounting firm. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop premium deliverables. You are also accountable for compliance with AML/BSA and OFAC laws and regulations, applying such requirements in a business environment.Responsibilities

Lead compliance-related consulting engagements

Develop and coach team members

Analyze and solve complex problems for exceptional outcomes

Assure adherence to AML/BSA and OFAC regulations

Implement regulatory requirements in business operations

Manage client service accounts

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience
