Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis for an immediate 3-month contract. Our client is a well-known Private Equity firm focused on family and founder-led portfolio companies across a variety of industry verticals. This individual will be supporting the firms Value Creation Group, operating at the PE firm level and reporting directly to the VP of Value Creation to provide interim finance leadership and support and drive value-creation initiatives. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will support one specific portfolio company, an approximately $100m revenue Healthcare business in the Behavioral Mental Health industry. With the VP of Value Creation, you will be responsible for driving all medium and long-term forecasting exercises, budgeting, financial analysis, and cash management. You will be working in a small team and must be comfortable both taking direction and acting autonomously. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/ .Skills and Requirements6+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A Experience working within the multi-location healthcare businesses (private equity backed experience is a plus) Experience managing FP&A for businesses between $100mm-$500mm with a critical understanding of the full enterprise, having led end to end budgeting/forecasting and having prepared board presentations, lender presentations, lender reporting, and other reporting to external stakeholders Command of core financial concepts and disciplines, including:o Strategic planning, operational and financial analysiso Budgeting / forecastingo Integrated financial modelingo Cost control principleso Working capital and cash managemento Accounting principles Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, including three statement modeling experience (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow modeling and reporting) Deep analytics experience and comfort working with financial data and financial reporting systems Well developed ability to present analysis and distill findings to executives (verbal and visual presentation of data) Ability to work in a small team structure with autonomy and ambiguity Experience working with Sage Intacct, Netsuite, or other similar accounting ERP systems Experience working in the Behavioral Mental Health industry Experience working for a private equity backed business CPA, CFA, or MBA Experience with Avea billing software nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
