Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.

Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience leading complex operational/strategic initiatives and large-scale change management.

Experience designing/implementing product and sales GTM strategies.

Experience in digital advertisement strategy (i.e., agency or industry) and a passion for connecting formats, audiences, and channels through data.

Knowledge of digital media measurement (e.g., cross-channel measurement, incrementally, and media mix modeling).

Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks and briefing documents that support the narrative.

The Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team is responsible for performance and brand solutions for Small/Medium Businesses (SMB) advertisers around the world, from large mid-market companies to local shops served by the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Business.We are the product and business experts behind the thousands of GCS Googlers that are responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption. We identify opportunities through analysis, build consensus with stakeholders, and program manage cross-functional teams to drive GCS advertiser success and business growth.Within PSA, our Display, Video, and Creatives (DVC) team focuses specifically on the growth of our Display and YouTube ads business. Within DVC, our measurement team focuses on simplifying measurement and proving that Display and Video drives customer success.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Function as the GCS subject matter expert on Third Party Measurement Solutions, Brand and Search Lift.

Inform GCS global commercial strategy for brand measurement (e.g., develop commercialization plan, define advertiser/agency segments, set sales activation goals, and build business cases) and support global Sales teams through training, materials, and incentives.

Partner with regional sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders to understand regional needs and develop insights to inform commercial/product strategies.

Partner with product management to influence product roadmaps and ensure they reflect the measurement needs of GCS customers.

Track business growth against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify/execute on growth opportunities, provide feedback, and support executive reviews.
