Will lead process framework, evaluate governance structure, standards, processes to uplift/provide enhancement. Will document and execute the enhancement(s). Will also provide oversight over controls, clear guidelines, and methodology. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.Contract Duration: 4+ MonthsWhat You Will Be Doing
Review existing Enterprise Risk Management Training Program (ERMTP) framework(s), governance structures, standards and associated processes and controls.
Review appropriate policy, standard, documentation to familiarize with various requirements ERMTP is subject to.
Analyze and evaluate existing documentation and controls against requirements for gaps, inconsistencies and areas of improvement.
Make recommendation to ERMTP management to remediate gaps, inconsistencies and areas of improvement.
Develop action plans with target dates to oversee the recommendations agreed upon.
Execute action plans/enhancement to frameworks, governance structures, standards, processes, etc. which include creating or updating documents, tracking changes, presenting recommendations and changes to various stakeholders, and obtaining approvals.
Establish and implement ERMTP Governance Framework, including establishing the roles and responsibilities, members, cadence, and meeting management (scheduling, agenda, meeting minutes, material management, communication, etc.).
Developing Control Testing methodology per the company’s control standards.
Execute Control Testing as needed.
