DescriptionHead of Card Products Position OverviewAt Citizens Bank, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client experiences. The Head of Card Products and Go-to-Market Strategy is a critical senior leadership role within the Treasury Solutions & Payments team. This role will oversee the full suite of card products, including Corporate Cards, Purchasing Cards, Virtual Cards, Central Travel Accounts, and Middle Market Cards, as well as associated digital experiences, such as card management platforms (web and app) and travel and expense solutions. This leader will drive the centralization of product management functions, bringing a unified vision to the strategy and execution of card products. With a focus on innovation, digital transformation, and client-centricity, the successful candidate will ensure that Citizens Bank continues to provide competitive and seamless end-to-end solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and strategy for Citizens Bank’s card product portfolio, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.

Develop and deliver a robust digital roadmap for card management platforms, enhancing user experience across web and mobile channels.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of new features and product enhancements.

Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Support teams to ensure alignment on messaging, adoption strategies, and client engagement.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of go-to-market efforts and drive continuous improvement.

Champion a client-first approach by prioritizing user-friendly, innovative, and scalable solutions.

Actively gather client feedback to enhance product design and delivery.

Continuously optimize end-to-end client experiences across all card products and digital platforms.

Centralize and lead card product functions currently distributed across Product, Sales, and Support teams, creating a cohesive and focused strategy.

Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and digital experience professionals.

Serve as a senior thought leader and advocate for the Card and Payments business within Citizens Bank.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in corporate cards, payments, or treasury solutions within financial services.

Proven expertise in digital transformation and user experience design, with a strong track record of driving innovation.

Demonstrated success in managing complex product portfolios and launching new solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

Strategic and results-oriented mindset, capable of balancing high-level vision with operational excellence.

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
