As the Head of Commercial Real Estate Payment Sales within the Commercial Bank sector, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a team of Treasury Sales professionals across North America. Your role will encompass nurturing and sustaining trusted advisor relationships across Commercial Banking and Payments. You will be tasked with building robust partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams. A significant aspect of your role will involve promoting the growth of the Commercial Real Estate Segment, ensuring an outstanding client experience while mitigating risk and providing appropriate guidance to the team. Additionally, you will be accountable for formulating and implementing market and product strategies, leveraging your leadership skills to manage a team of Payment Sales professionals across North AmericaJob responsibilities

Execute strategic business plan and market strategy to grow client base and broaden existing portfolio penetration

Lead the Commercial Real Estate Payment Sales strategy and marketing effort; coordinate and lead a global organization of Treasury Services professionals

Manage the Commercial Real Estate Payment sales team, including responsibility for Commercial Term Lending Payments, providing leadership, coaching and development on all aspects needed to achieve successful performance including partner management, business development, and client success

Oversee the budget, sales goals and P&L for segment

Monitor staff performance including providing appropriate coaching, recognition and feedback

Oversee the development of actionable relationship plans for select clients

Build collaborative internal relationshipswith Coverage Leadership, Bankers, other internal partners

Participate in partner meetings and communicates key Payment Sales messages in a timely and accurate manner

Engage in and drive a disciplined marketing process and quality call activities as well as partner with the client to ensure a successful implementation of solutions

Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements

Take ownership of escalated client issues and leverage the appropriate resources to champion results

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong knowledge of treasury services products and solutions and ability to build strong relationships with product owners in other lines of business

Experience and knowledge in Commercial Real Estate

Demonstrated understanding of the corporate banking business and market dynamics including financial performance, key objectives/challenges and competitive landscape

Strong knowledge and understanding of Commercial Banking's business model, treasury services and credit products, and clients

10+ years of proven leadership, management, execution and influencing skills

Strong leader with track record of developing talent and partnering well across geographies and lines of business

Excellent client relationship skills; successful at delivering the entire firm to the client

Takes ownership in managing the business end to end - from origination to product delivery to operations to service

Strategic thinker who supports the goals and direction of the firm

Ability to partner across lines of businesses and leverage internal resources

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Knowledge of the credit card industry, merchant processing, the banking industry, international treasury solutions, payments, liquidity, and working capital

Prudent risk and control judgment; proven ability to build a solid control culture
