Install printers
Deskside Support
Answer phones, ticket ques, good decision maker
Image and re-image desktops and laptops
Software installation
Encryption installation and configuration
Troubleshooting any issues with laptops and desktops
Assisting in deployment of new assets
Call end users to assist in resolving any issues
Utilizes Bomgar, RDP, and VPN running on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1
Citrix and EXCHANGE

Maintaining asset management reports to ensure it's up to date
Troubleshoot Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 operating systems
Replacing RAMs and HDDs on laptops
