The intern will receive hands-on experience with database management, APIcalls, and software development. The intern will have the opportunity to collaborate with otherinterns, program teams, and senior leadership to build product enhancements and optimizeworkflows. The intern will complete a large-scale project connecting multiple data managementsystems via a custom-built API using Power Automate. This intern will complete the internshipwith enhanced technical skills, problem solving capabilities, and a robust project portfolio.RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify areas for workflow optimization and build automations as necessary. Design, build, and test API calls including GET and PUSH requests. Work with Power Automate to connect our database to our existing business processes. Address any user inquiries relating to ETO or Power Automate as assigned. Assist with creating new touchpoints and entities in ETO as necessary. Assist with batch uploading data into ETO as necessary.LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Nongovernmental Organizations and how it can be used to scale social impact.

Enhance problem solving capabilities by engaging in solutions architecture in a

professional setting.

Please contact us to requestaccommodationQualifications REQUIREMENTS: Current graduate student (or having graduated within twelve months of the internship startdate) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. At least one year of full-time professional experience (internships included) in SoftwareDevelopment, Information Technology, Solutions Architecture, or a related field. Experience with REST-based API calls such as GET and PUSH requests Advanced knowledge of Power Automate is strongly preferred. Experience with other Power Platform tools, such as Power Apps, is a plus but is notrequired. Knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence is a plus but is not required. Passion for humanitarianism or other social impact work.

This individual will serve a key function in assisting Langan’s Land Use Planning team and its clients through the land use and environmental review processes in the New York City metropolitan area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your environmental review and urban planning skills in a dynamic environment on a range of both public and private land development projects.Job Responsibilities-Participate in the preparation of documentation required by New York City’s Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) process, the City\'s land use review procedures, the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA);-Prepare reports, including but not limited Environmental Assessment Statements and Environmental Impact Statements;-Conduct spatial analyses in GIS;-Conduct research to develop datasets;-Maintain and organize existing datasets;-Perform site visits;-Prepare graphics and maps;-Assist with preparing proposals;-Conduct zoning analyses and site due diligence studies; and-Perform other duties as requested.Qualifications-Student actively pursuing a four year or advanced degree in Environmental/Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Geography, Political Science, or similar;-Working knowledge of GIS, Microsoft Office Suite applications;-Experience with Adobe Illustrator preferred;-Strong organization and data management skills;-Excellent written and verbal communication skills;-Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and-Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
