  • Project Manager on large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects
  • Maintains the PMO Methodology and Lifecycle Processes
  • Creates and maintains all documents that support the PMO Methodology
  • Educates and consults with the PM group on the PMO methodology
  • Work within various levels of the organization and stakeholders including senior leadership to coordinate timelines, and deliverables for multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Wide range of skills from project coordination, team communications, and business administration.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skill while directing cross functional teams through high-priority, complex projects, which require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration and interaction with project sponsor team from start to finish.
  • Be a key stakeholder ensuring project success by understanding needs of the business, aligning leadership, identifying solutions, and determining how technology should be leveraged
  • Create and manage a full-scale of projects, project schedules and communication plans consisting of multiple projects or components
  • Clear understanding of project's vision, objectives, scale and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines and roadmaps
  • Prepare project status reports to demonstrate project overall health, key performance indicators (KPI), risk, issues, accomplishments, next steps, and escalation requests
  • Communicate with all levels of the company on the health of the project, including status and adjustments necessary to the roadmap at the executive level
  • Experience developing and managing Technical deployment, project plans with keen knowledge of development lifecycle methodologies
  • Knowledge of design thinking, strategy definition, agility concepts and how to operate in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
  • Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined
  • Requires eloquent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate efficiently with a diversified audience including C-level executives of the organization

The US base salary range for this contract position is $90-$100/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Review project documents (plans, details, specs, proposals, drawings, etc.), research relevant codes and standards, research product information (materials, data sheets, etc.), and ensure that CANYs Quality Standards are met. Meet with internal project teams to review proposals, construction documents, timelines, and project budgets. Document quality of workmanship and compliance with the project documents and established standards/specifications by traveling to site, scheduling, witnessing, and recording all tests and inspections. Perform visual inspections via scaffolding, roof, etc. within the building or grade, through use of inspection tools (camera, calipers, gauges, etc.). Ensure proper procedures are followed and proper materials are used per construction documents and industry standards. Visualize and discern quality issues and make recommendations to ensure quality standards are met, minimize total costs, and maximize value to the customer. Document work in progress and maintain key communications. Submit field inspection reports with relevant electronic photos of work in progress and notes of findings. Prepare on-site testing and investigation surveys that may be required and construction tasks (submittal logs, RFI logs, allowance-tracking sheets, etc.). Coordinate project filings with all city and state agencies, expediter, and client. Conduct pre-bid walk-through with bidding contractors and prepare bid RFI responses, required addenda, and bid leveling sheets to review with the PM. Prepare investigative and assessment project reports in the standard corporate format providing photographs, FISP reports, due diligence reports, and sign-offs. Perform thorough review of Shop Drawings and technical submittals. Utilize theoretical and practical knowledge in building codes and applicable industry standards, historic preservation, and architecture.
