In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with DigITs leaders through collaboration, empathy, modeling positive behavior, business acumen, and clear communication skills. You Will: Work with leadership to help turn new ideas into investments tied to the strategic mission of our organization Support strategy and investment funding practices through multiple horizons. Ensure the approved portfolio is aligned and funded to build and maintain the solutions to meet business targets. Support and facilitate investment portfolio, monitoring performance, risk, and investment strategies to align with roadmaps. Analyze and evaluate potential risks associated with investment decisions, developing, and implementing risk management strategies. Facilitate meetings with DigITs and business stakeholders to provide status, prioritization, decisions, and approvals forums. Continuously improve investment processes and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.You Have: 7 + years’ experience in program management 7+ years of experience in transforming new ideas into effective hospital initiatives. An in-depth understanding of both business and technical discussions Superb relationship building skills. Excellent written and verbal skills.
