Performs work on the access provisioning aspects of the application/system support

Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and references for team members or clients

Performs applications/systems under minimal management supervision that are moderate to highly complex

Performs problem determination including data gathering, analysis and resolution of client applications issues

Configures, and administers access provisioning requirements to satisfy business applications in co-ordination with appropriate stakeholders

Develops scripts using appropriate tools to address gaps in the application/system, to simplify and enhance the application/system environment

Gathers requirements from team and designs/identifies provisioning to satisfy end user requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or technical certification

3+ years' experience
