Senior Associate Product, J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Performance Statement and Tax: Addepar Product AssociateThe JPMorgan Wealth Management Solutions & Advice Performance Statements and Tax reporting team defines and executes on the strategy for 3 client facing reporting products that impact all 5+ million investment account holders and drives a budget of approximately 12 million dollars annually spread across 5 distinct technology teams covering 10 scrum teams.As the Addepar Product Associate you will focus on the Addepar portfolio reporting vendor product by supporting the product owner to develop an offering solution for the selected Wealth Advisor and client segment. You will drive vendor on-boarding, oversight, product management functions, including training, onboarding, and maintenance.The product associate will: partner with key channel leads and product end users to ensure the Addepar offering meets the needs of the targeted client segment and is in alignment with the business strategy; serve as the product subject matter expert and key escalation point for training and inquiry resolution; partner with legal, risk, compliance, and controls to ensure the product is delivered to advisors and clients within the current reporting standards.Job Responsibilities

Partner with key channel leads and product end-users to ensure the Addepar offering meets the needs of the targeted client segment and is in alignment with the business strategy

Serve as the product subject matter expert and key escalation point for training and inquiry resolution

Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Controls to ensure the product is delivered to advisors and clients within the current reporting standards

Create and/or maintain training documents, user guides, and other such materials for user reference and training

Create requirements based on user feedback to enhance the Addepar experience

Test new and existing features of the product to ensure adherence to the standards of JPM, reporting or otherwise

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent

3+ years of work in the financial sector

Ability to deliver amidst continuous change and in an agile work environment

Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels

Strong understanding of product management/development with a focus of our clients in mind

Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Familiarity with the Addepar product itself

Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap with a focus on ongoing innovation

Ability to effectively maximize delivery of business goals
