Responsibilities . Responsible for development of new features to support the overall Lifion application. Develop, test, and support ongoing maintenance for Human Capital Management products by leveraging our visual development platform. Implement and configure software application functionality, including user interfaces, business rules, workflows, and complex logic, while creating technical specifications and implementation documents. Implement application governance around cross-cutting capabilities, including security, authentication, authorization, and auditing. Understand client and product requirements and efficiently translate them into application functionality, including user interfaces, business rules, workflows, and complex logic. Operate within the full product development lifecycle from wireframes/concept and database models all the way through to development and implementation. Automate application testing via automation tests. Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, & Architects to deliver end to end products that will delight our clients. Contribute to ongoing development of the team’s processes, procedures and best practices, conduct code reviews. Keep updated with Lifion platform capabilities and development best practices.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and four (4) years of related experience.

Work Experience . Four (4) years of experience must include: Python, Ruby, C#, JavaScript, C, or Go; Relational databases; SQL / PL-SQL; Agile software development methodologies; Triaging tools including Kibana or Splunk; Code hosting platforms such as Bitbucket; Metadata driven mini applications architecture; Data modeling (entity relationship diagrams); Software testing.
