We are seeking a driven Lead Financial Analyst to support our ICS Consolidations team. The position will have high exposure to senior executives both within and outside of finance and will play a key role in the monthly close, presentation of results to senior leadership, monthly forecasts, QAC, and annual Strategic Plan and Operating Plan. The role will also require ad-hoc analysis, support to senior management, and partnership with the BU & corporate finance teams daily. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an agile fashion and open to performing ad-hoc analysis in addition to their normal BAU responsibilities. The individual should also be comfortable acting as an advisor to senior management and leading less-senior associates through complex processes and analysis. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work from home. Responsibilities:

A strong understanding of GAAP accounting is a benefit for this role (e.g., capitalization, deferrals, amortization). Proficiency in excel is a must; PowerBI & other analytical tools (TM1, Oracle, Anaplan) a plus.

Creation of monthly, quarterly reporting packages and presentations to executive leadership

Management of the ICS Operating Plan and Strategic Plan presentations and supporting documentation

Creation, monitoring, and improvement of segment KPIs

Partnering with Corporate FP&A on ad-hoc analysis and BAU deliverables

Providing guidance to BU finance management and analyst teams on deadlines and deliverables

Driving Operating Plan, Strat Plan, Monthly Results and Monthly Forecasts

Variance Analysis including commentary and presentation of results

Provide Financial Recommendations & Input to Senior Management

Streamline and create process efficiencies where possible

Strong understanding and willingness to learn the Broadridge growth algorithm model

Partnership with the sales finance organization & assisting in modeling revenue

Partnership with the technology finance organization & understanding technology and FCF/capex deliverables

Requirements:

Required Experience 5-7 Years in FP&A, Accounting or Related Field.

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Related Field

Preferable: MBA, CPA, CFA, MS Degree or equivalent in related field.

High proficiency in Excel and MS Office Applications is required.

Experience in financial reporting tools required: TM1 and/or Anaplan Heavily preferred.

Other tools Preferred: Essbase, SmartView, BI, Oracle Analytics

Experience using Power BI or other analytical tools preferred.
