This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.The Measurement Analytics Partner (MAP) Manager is a leadership position within the LinkedIn Customer Science team. This person will work with internal and external stakeholders to advise clients and influence the industry with LinkedIn’s POV on marketing measurement. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of individual contributors to drive LinkedIn preferred measurement methods and best practice, whilst encouraging first and third-party product adoption at scale. This person will be comfortable talking about a combination of techniques and measurement strategies that drive insights and business results for advertisers. Furthermore, this role will engage with the broader industry ecosystem with the aim of accelerating good measurement practice. Conclusions from their team’s work will showcase what good measurement is and how a client can act upon it to drive business impact. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing analytics, critical thinking skills and the ability to build deep relationships at senior marketing and other C-level roles. This person will need to be able to work cross-functionally with advertisers, sales teams and other members of the Customer Science Organization.This role will also require working closely with Product Marketing, Product, Business Development, R&D and other cross functional teams to develop or pilot new methodologies and to aid in shaping our product roadmap. Remit for this role will be across North America and specifically serve our Enterprise group. Although this role will cover the Enterprise Accounts group in North America, we expect the right candidate to have an ability to strategically think through connection points with their Global counterparts who work on the same accounts in other regions, leading to greater business results and client satisfaction (where applicable). Manage a complex set of client relationships across industry and client groups, functions, and brands to drive our measurement objectives

Coach and develop a team of Measurement Analytics Partners of varying skill levels to deliver excellent measurement work, identifying opportunities for progression and nurturing future leaders

Push clients to measure true business value by building and operationalizing "learning agendas" that highlight how a client can improve business outcomes by employing better measurement techniques and drive client, vertical, and industry adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, products, and approaches in support of the learning agenda

Implement and monitor against a set of performance indicators the progress of each account and scaling of measurement strategy

Develop and nurture relationships with key sales leadership partners and share knowledge and best practice globally

Play a strategic role in developing the cross-platform and cross-media measurement approaches and agendas for large advertisers and vertical categories

Communicate complex research results

Provide feedback to and collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, R&D, and Partnerships to identify opportunities for new features, products, and partnerships

Drive client engagement around measurement innovation, including measurement alphas and beta

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of analytics and measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Experience influencing senior clients alongside demonstrable team management skills

Strong track record of extensive experience with advertising measurement methods and technologies

Strong experience in advertising, with an emphasis on digital attribution and AdTech

Experience with data privacy as it pertains to measurement

Preferred Qualifications

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $119,000 to $186,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
