Our Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry group is looking for accomplished consultants with deep technical expertise and proven execution capabilities to develop practical and achievable strategies for our clients.A& M helps companies explore their options and leverage mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to unlock shareholder value. We help clients achieve the full benefits of transactions. We help streamline operations through divesting or restructuring under-performing and non-core business units or assets while also tackling residual overhead costs.Our team focuses on wireless, wireline, cable, digital infrastructure, satellite, enterprise, engineering & services, and communication equipment.Interested parties should have a strong background in one of the following areas: Network & TechnologyNetwork Deployment StrategyTelecom IT Strategy & Road MappingTransactions, Strategy & StructureM& A Pre-Deal (Due Diligence, Planning)M& A Post-Deal (Execution, Business Case Achievement)Revenue & Pricing ImprovementShareholder Value ImprovementOperations EfficiencyCustomer CareNetwork OperationsSupply Chain & LogisticsResponsibilitiesEffectively leads workstreamsLeads self and teammates to achieve objectives set with project leadership directionPlans and designs work by using structured problem-solving framework and methodologiesInterfaces with client regularly and possesses strong executive presenceProvides significant support on proposal and sales effortsActively seeks to identify client's needs that may lead to new opportunities for A& M; manages personal relationships in a business context and maintains an active network of business relationshipsEstablishes an inclusive environment that is positive and engages all team membersQualifications 4 years of relevant industry and consulting experience Outcome oriented Entrepreneurial and commercial approach Strong analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills Strong interpersonal/team skills, high E.Q. Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Ability to address strategic issues and act tactically understanding cross functional requirements Comfortable with travel The salary range for Manager is $150, 000-$225, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
