Description We are in search of a Community Contractor who will play an integral role in our team by engaging with our members, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The role is based remotely in the United States and involves working closely with our members in the areas of Social Community and Moderation.Responsibilities: Monitor our social channels and address any support-related posts, comments, and messages, taking appropriate follow-up actions Manage and moderate our Official Facebook Groups Resolve support-related social posts, comments, and messages using standard processes and tools Engage with members on our social media accounts and assist with moderation Provide elevated support for high-visibility Members and handle complex Community issues Manage and maintain brand response best practices and guidelines for social media Ensure regular, reliable, and punctual attendance to maintain the seamless functioning of the role Leverage knowledge of social media best practices and trends to execute channel-specific strategies and foster engagement Draft and post messages on behalf of the company, ensuring exceptional written communication skills.The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
