Who knows where our shared journey will take you?The Corporate Lending business of Siemens Financial Services, the Finance division of Siemens AG, is a well-established provider of debt capital through private equity sponsor and corporate channels. We are actively seeking a seasoned debt Originator with an established network of Middle Market PE Sponsor relationships and a solid track record of deal execution. The successful applicant will act as a catalyst, charged with identifying, cultivating, and closing debt opportunities.We are looking for Middle Market Loan Originator to be in New York City, Norwalk, CT or Iselin, NJ areas.Responsibilities:

Lead new business development and marketing efforts to source middle market PE Sponsor-backed debt opportunities

Establish and maintain industry relationships to facilitate on-going deal flow

Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects and potential deals

Qualify potential financing opportunities with underwriting team input; develop investment theses and author preliminary investment memoranda

Champion screened deals while communicating critical elements of deal progress, economics, and risk throughout the approval process

Direct transaction execution team and coordinate transaction closing

Develop a deep understanding of the Siemens global business and articulate the entire firm’s value proposition

Identify opportunities for Siemens cross-sell within SFS portfolio companies and effectively manage introductions and the development of proposals

Interact with management and monitor performance of portfolio companies, and manage communication flows with risk and portfolio management teams

Requirements are:

Bachelor's degree from a top-ranked university; MBA or MS in Finance preferred

Demonstrable success originating and executing complex financial transactions

5+ years of Middle Market sponsor-backed deal sourcing experience

10+ years executing corporate debt transactions

Established network of Market PE Sponsor relationships

Ability to develop strong working relationships with c-suite executives

Presentation experience and refined verbal and written communications skills

Ability and willingness to travel

The pay range for this position is $168,210 - $288,300 along with an incentive bonus structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
