Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Multimedia Designer in the Media industry located in NEW YORK, New York. As a Multimedia Designer, you will be working on a variety of tasks related to digital design, animation, brand awareness, and customer communication.Responsibilities: Utilize skills in ActionScript, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator to create compelling multimedia content. Develop digital and print advertisements to boost brand awareness and attract new customers. Design and implement animations that enhance user experience on digital platforms. Collaborate with the team to understand the brand's visual identity and ensure all designs are consistent with this identity. Use Adobe InDesign to create brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials. Use CSS to style web content, ensuring it is responsive and visually engaging. Proactively solve design problems and suggest improvements to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of our digital platforms. Regularly review and update existing designs based on feedback or new brand initiatives. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of work. Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work when appropriate. Requirements Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role in the Media industry Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, and Adobe Illustrator Proficiency in web design and programming languages such as CSS Experience with animation and creating compelling advertisements Experience with Adobe InDesign for layout designs and brand awareness projects Strong knowledge of ActionScript for creating interactive multimedia applications Ability to contribute to digital media projects and bring creative ideas to the team Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field is preferred but not required.
