Seeking mystery shopper for our Watch and Jewelry repair service centers located in Macys and Bloomingdales. Shopper must have excellent communication skills, positive outlook, confidence and good written skills. Shopper will receive a questionnaire to be filled out after each visit along with a brief phone interview to be conducted for the locations as well.
We provide watches, which the shopper uses to shop for repair services. We reimburse the cost of repair services purchased.
The locations are as follows:
Macy's Watch Repair at Garden State Plaza (Paramus, NJ)
Macy's Watch Repair at Menlo Park Mall (Edison, NJ)
Macy's Watch Repair at Herald Square (34th St and 6th Ave, Manhattan)
Bloomingdale's Watch Repair (Lexington and 59th St, Manhattan)
The pay is $75 per location, so a total of $300 per month if all 4 locations are shopped. Ideally, we want one person to shop all four locations, but we would consider a shopper for just the two NJ locations or just the two Manhattan locations. Somebody with a car to reach the NJ locations would be able to easily visit all 4 locations in a single day. On public transit, one day would also be doable, but it would be a long day.
The departments are all open 7 days a week except for one that's closed on Sundays. So this gig would be good not only for somebody with a flexible schedule but also for somebody with a regular weekday job looking to earn extra on the weekend.
