Support employee health and wellness services within an established weekday clinic environment focused on preventive care, medical surveillance, return-to-work support, and coordinated employee health services. This role combines clinical autonomy with structured workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration within a professionally managed healthcare setting.Working alongside clinic leadership and interdisciplinary stakeholders, the Advanced Practitioner supports employee health services for workforce personnel, visitors, and staff while contributing to coordinated clinic operations and continuity of care.Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 hours/day)Key ResponsibilitiesConduct occupational health evaluations, pre-employment physicals, return-to-work assessments, and wellness consultationsProvide vaccines, specimen collection, serum banking support, and drug testing collection activities in accordance with approved medical protocolsDeliver walk-in consultations, minor care, first aid, post-exposure response support, and referral coordination when appropriateSupport employee wellness initiatives including health education, smoking cessation, nutrition guidance, and preventive health programmingMaintain health records, medical surveillance tracking, and clinic documentation in accordance with privacy laws and organizational policiesSupport clinic supply coordination, inventory maintenance, and daily healthcare workflow operations within an established occupational health program
