Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in New York as a Copy Clerk. This role primarily involves providing daily back office services, including reprographics copy and mail services, in both physical and digital environments. The successful candidate will also support services in hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, and reception areas. Responsibilities: Utilize appropriate logs for all office services work. Ensure that job tickets are accurately filled out before beginning work. Perform work in office services primarily reprographics mail and intake functions according to established procedures. Follow procedures to run jobs in the correct order. Communicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issues. Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work. Troubleshoot basic equipment problems. Prioritize workflow. Perform Quality Assurance on own and work of others. Load machines with various paper toner supplies. Answer telephone and emails, and place service calls when needed. Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically. Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner. Requirements Proficiency in customer service and ability to manage office functions efficiently Understanding of operations, procedures, and policies within a corporate environment Experience with answering inbound calls and supervising team members Ability to manage time effectively and provide workstation support Strong phone presence and familiarity with hiring processes Proficiency in scanning documents and performing receptionist duties Ability to troubleshoot issues within the facility, with a focus on digital solutions Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in maintaining logs and operating office machinery Familiarity with handling paper documents and ensuring their quality assurance Ability to distribute faxes and manage service calls effectively Willingness to work overtime when required Proficiency in using digital tools for scanning documents and ensuring their quality Strong understanding of quality assurance protocols.
