An innovation and design team is seeking people, ages 18+, to talk about banking and credit cards. Researchers will be inviting selected participants for an in-person interview in lower Manhattan between May 14 - May 17. Participants will also have a small pre-interview activity. Total payment is $250.
Interviews will be recorded to share with internal team members unable to be present at the time of the session (not shared publicly).
