PURPOSE:As a paralegal for the Surrogates Team, your responsibilities will include handling the administrative estates for individuals affected by the events of 9/11.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft and submit various court petitions as required.

Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys.

Assist clients in collecting necessary information and documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree required

At least one year of surrogates court experience.

A customer-centric approach to managing requests.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.

Strong Microsoft 360 skills.

Must be willing to be in the office Monday through Thursday, with Friday as an optional remote day.
