Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in New York, New York, 10023, United States. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our payroll operations, ensuring the complete and timely payment of wages to all employees. You will also play a critical part in managing payroll calculations, addressing payroll discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with the latest payroll regulations and tax laws.Responsibilities: Oversee the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring all employees receive their wages accurately and on time. Handle payroll calculations, deductions, and reconciliations meticulously. Promptly respond to and resolve any payroll inquiries or discrepancies. Stay informed about the latest changes to payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance. Identify and implement opportunities to improve payroll and benefits processes, enhancing accuracy and efficiency. Utilize technology and automation solutions to streamline payroll processes where applicable. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure integrated and efficient processes. Manage payroll-related software systems, such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Crystal Reports. Administer 401k - RRSP and handle accounting functions. Conduct audits related to payroll and benefits as needed. Oversee global compensation and benefit functions.
