Job DescriptionOne of Insight Global's top banking clients is hiring a Compensation Manager to support the Corporate Compensation function in their New York City office. This is a 4-month contract based position and will take place hybrid-onsite in their Manhattan office.This individual will be responsible for functional activities for multiple lines of business on a global scale. Day to day, the Compensation Manager will work with Senior Business Leaders across the firm and will be a key driver in compensation strategy as it aligns to support business objectives. This includes partnering with the Senior People Team Manager in working with Line of Business Management on total compensation issues including, but not limited to, complex new hire offer packages, salary administration, incentive plan design/administration and equity design/administration while balancing the corporate interests of the firm with the needs of the line of business. To adequately strategize, this person will need to consider compliance implications at large as well as market influences and internal equity when advising on market competition and appropriate total compensation pay positioning. Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of compensation and human resource functions
Strong analytical and consulting skills
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced or Graduate degree
Familiar with Oracle - HRIS null
