Are you an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment?The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation attorneys throughout the life of a case.The ideal candidate has extensive experience handling discovery, medical records, litigation deadlines, trial preparation, and client communication while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.This position is 100% onsite in our New York City office.What You'll DoManage personal injury litigation files from filing through trial.Draft, review, and respond to discovery demands and responses.Prepare Bills of Particulars, authorizations, subpoenas, and litigation documents.Track litigation deadlines and ensure timely completion of all tasks.Coordinate medical records, billing records, and damages documentation.Organize medical records by provider and chronology.Maintain accurate case information in Litify.Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.Prepare exhibits and trial notebooks.Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish.Maintain regular client communication and provide case updates.Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to efficiently move cases toward resolution.Performance ExpectationsSuccess in this role will be measured by the ability to:Manage a high-volume litigation caseload while maintaining accuracy.Meet all litigation deadlines without supervision.Produce accurate and timely discovery responses.Maintain complete and organized medical records.Keep Litify updated with accurate case information.Deliver exceptional client communication and responsiveness.Successfully support attorneys through trial preparation.Demonstrate strong organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
