DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic product team. This individual will play a key role in shaping and optimizing the processes that guide our product teams throughout the entire lifecycle. From initial request intake through to product release, you will help drive business value and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to remove blockers, prioritize initiatives, and use data-driven insights to monitor and measure the success of our products.Key job responsibilities Product Lifecycle Management: Develop, implement, and continuously refine product lifecycle processes that help product teams efficiently deliver business value and improve customer experiences. Oversee stages including request intake, prioritization, backlog grooming, road mapping, and product releases. Prioritization & Backlog Management: Lead the prioritization process, ensuring that product teams focus on high-impact initiatives. Manage and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals and customer needs. KPI Definition & Performance Tracking: Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and failure of products. Use data to inform decision-making and guide product improvements. Problem Solving & Blocker Removal: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities by proactively identifying impediments in the product development lifecycle and working with teams to unblock critical paths and ensure smooth delivery. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Leverage excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and navigate a matrixed organization. Ensure all relevant stakeholders are aligned on product goals, timelines, and outcomes. Budget & Vendor Management: Manage product budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Work closely with external vendors and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of services and products within budgetary constraints. 3+ years of product management experience

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
