Job Description:

Consultant will Support operational efficiency and cultural initiatives for a region (North America). This involves cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Workplace, Events, Onboarding, and any other relevant stakeholders for seamless coordination within the workplace.

Responsibilities:

Supporting Operations Managers to organize local cultural initiatives

Supporting with local events including the organization, planning, communication, and research

Responding to ad-hoc requests from the local teams

Project Support: Execute tasks within the scope of projects and processes, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines.

Process Execution: Follow established processes and procedures, seeking guidance, when necessary, to complete assigned tasks efficiently, accurately, and effectively. Identify process gaps or deficiencies and propose improvements.

Collaboration: Build relationships within your team and with external stakeholders to support project goals and share best practices.

Problem Solving: Identify and escalate challenges, assisting senior team members in addressing and resolving issues.

Continuous Learning: Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop skills, applying new knowledge to improve processes and initiatives.

Experience:

2+ years in any of the following: Project Management, Facilities Management, Events or Hospitality

A breadth of operational skills and experiences including partnering across offices and time zones with a range of disciplines such as Workplace, Events, Recruitment, New Starter Onboarding, Communications and Security.

Facilitation skills.

Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Skills:

Project Management, Facilities Management, Events or Hospitality

Written/oral communication skills

Working across multiple offices and countries

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
