Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery. Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Execute and maintain a sustainable and scalable IA program with robust pipeline of opportunities and implementing them within the planned cost and timelines.

Lead end-to-end discovery workshops / business process review meetings to generate opportunities for implementing IA capabilities

Documenting current process pain points and identifying opportunities for automation consisting of RPA, Intelligent Document management, AI/ML solutions, Process mining, BPM

Deep knowledge of Intelligent Automation technologies and how to implement them at scale

Familiarity with major Intelligent Automation vendors (UiPath, WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism,Appian, Indicoata, Pega, Workato) & Understanding of other automation technologies such as process mining (Celonis), OCR (Abby, Kofax, OpenText) and the Microsoft Power Platform

Drive Discovery workshops and process assessments for Intelligent process automation opportunities (RPA, BPM, AI Solutions) including preparing documentation of solutions

Analyze, understand, and document the business processes in detail where required and communicate effectively with business counterparts and stakeholders.

Manage the identification and prioritization of use cases, sustaining a healthy opportunity pipeline

Establish milestones and monitor progress of plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive mitigation strategies and solutions

Mentor/advise colleagues through the automation software lifecycle, providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques

Serve as a liaison between the technical and functional teams

Promote and drive adoption of emerging automation technologies across the enterprise

Participate in the CoE Define, Design and Configure project phases to ensure adherence to governance objectives

Support the successful implementation of the solution

Ensure that post implementation benefit realization is captured and reported in accordance with CoE requirements

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

The Team As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum.Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

12+ years of experience with Program Management

Demonstrated project management skills and familiarity with Agile and scrum philosophies

Experience with an automation software platform - UiPath, Business Process Management (BPM), Process mining (Celonis) Experience managing multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously to tight deadlines

Demonstrated experience liaising with stakeholders to elicit requirements

Exceptional leadership, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated understanding of common business practices and process management

Understanding of change management best practices

Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering iterative enhancements

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $168,000 to $184,000.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
