Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in New York, New York, 10001, United States. The role involves managing project intake for a team focused on CRM emails triggers. The successful candidate will be expected to handle resourcing, forecasting, stakeholder communication, and overall project oversight.Responsibilities: Oversee the intake and management of projects from start to finish. Coordinate resources for the creative team and forecast allocation, planning for upcoming projects. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. Assertively keep projects on track, even when faced with pushback from senior team members. Ensure that projects are accurately scoped, defined, and agreed upon in terms of timing and budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan work and adapt when necessary, reprioritizing existing work. Assist the creative team in gathering necessary assets, including copy, photography, videography, swatches, and samples. Multitask effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing each accordingly. Work globally across US International assets. Foster increased collaboration with key departments.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Proven track record in marketing, brand awareness, and digital campaigns. Experience in operations and planning, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of budget processes and forecasting for project management. Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and CRM tools. Experience in oversight roles, ensuring project deliverables are met within specified timelines. Knowledge of software development and Figma tool is beneficial. Skills in photography and video production are a plus. Experience in managing QA processes. Understanding of consumer brand strategies and triggers. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
