This individual will analyze business needs, manage change, and work with various teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes—especially those related to transaction reporting and legal compliance. Some of the types of project data to be gathered will be financial status, risk status, current project priorities, accomplishments, schedule updates and technology updates.The Business Analyst will document business requirements in coordination with the Technology teams and Report Preparation teams for development of Technology cost estimates. The Business Analyst will assist multiple project teams across multiple Change Management portfolios. This will require excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with individuals at different levels in the organization.This role requires excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.For lower complexity, and lower financial risk projects, the Business Analyst may be given project management responsibility with an assigned mentor.Requirements: 4-5 years of Business Analysis experience in project management or change management strong verbal and written communication skills strong business partnering skills with individuals across the organization Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Office skills Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Ability to work independently Management of strict deadlinesSkills
