Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Planning Project Tracking Project Quality Management and Agile PLM. Overseen project tracking to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of achievements. Provide expertise in project quality management to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle. Implement Agile PLM methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Manage customer communications to keep all parties informed and engaged. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project progression. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to senior management. Apply project management tools to track project metrics and performance. Foster a collaborative team environment to drive project success. Create and maintain project documentation for future reference and audit purposes. Travel as required to meet with customers and supervise project sites.Qualifications: Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on Project Planning Project Tracking and Project Quality Management. Demonstrate expertise in Agile PLM methodologies and their application in project management. Have domain experience in Payer with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements. Exhibit strong leadership and presentation skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and customers. Show proficiency in using project management tools and software for tracking and reporting. Hold a relevant certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or Agile Certified Practitioner. Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and willing to travel as needed. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within scope time and budget constraints. Show the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
