Job DescriptionRadiology Image Library Associate Exciting opportunity: We are seeking aRadiology Image Library Associateto join our Radiology team. Processes all incoming and outgoing digital radiology imaging per radiology policies. Role Overview:

Perform routine digitizing of submitted exams as described in the Dept. of Radiology Policy and Procedure Manual. Responsible for uploading outside radiology exams on a consistent and timely basis.

Handles incoming orders with meticulous scrutiny and ensures that all steps are completed.

Pro-actively communicate with relevant staff when issues arise.

Prioritize your shift in accordance with image library policies and procedures.

Manages your time affectively and understands the escalation process for problem solving.

Ensures that PHI is protected and accurately transcribed into radiology systems.

Ensures patients receive high level customer service when requesting exams outbound.

Key Qualifications:

Experience working in a hospital or other healthcare setting in Radiology and/or advanced technical position.

EPIC, PACS, LifeIMAGE, AMBRA, PowerShare – knowledge in all helpful

Advanced computer knowledge (MS Office-Outlook and Excel experience)

Core Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Desire for personal growth and readiness to tackle challenges

Strong attention to detail

Team-oriented

Additional Information:

Schedule: Hybrid role: 9 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday . Flexible onsite options when available.

Location - When on site: Main hospital campus, 1275 York Avenue in NYC.

Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Radiology Image Library

Pay Range: $22.52 - $31.13/hour
