This role isn't just about managing-it’s about curating unforgettable moments for our guests. You'll uphold the highest standards of service, lead a talented front-of-house team, and ensure every detail, from seating arrangements to guest satisfaction, is meticulously attended to.Key Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and develop a team of fine dining professionals, instilling a passion for luxury service in every interaction.

Manage schedules, payroll, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and control costs, including maintaining inventory and pars.

Conduct daily pre-shift and departmental meetings, fostering a culture of communication and collaboration across all departments.

Develop daily seating charts and station assignments, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Uphold the pristine presentation and cleanliness of the Dining Room.

Address and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and tact, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or equivalent fine dining experience.

6-8 years in upscale fine dining, with at least 2 years in a management role.

Proven ability to hire, develop, and inspire a team, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Ability to plan and execute special events, adding a unique touch to our offerings.

Experience in managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and handling cash reconciliation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and reservation systems.

Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
