HIRING a Nurse Manager for a rehabilitation center in Manhattan NY. This position offers competitive pay and great benefits! Please apply for immediate consideration!Responsibilities: Manages the nursing unit ensuring that it functions properly and safely on a 24-hour basis. Reviews the medical record to ensure compliance. Conducts environmental rounds and follows up with resolution. Assigns duties to licensed personnel and supervises ancillary personnel. Ensures timely completion and submission of all unit reports. Displays ownership of their unit, supervising on a 24-hour basis and communicating with staff on all 3 shifts to be fully apprised of all events taking place. Assesses need for additional or needed equipment.Shift: 730am-330pm - some flexibility!Requirements: 2 years of management experience Minimum of 4 years clinical experience BSN from an accredited school of nursing preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.Join the Actalent team!
